A HEAVILY pregnant Pippa Middleton has been spotted arriving at the Lindo Wing maternity ward in London, fuelling speculation she’s gone into labour.

Her husband and financier James Matthews, 41, was also seen carrying two overnight bags into the St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington on Monday.

The news came just hours after Prince Harry and Meghan announced they were expecting their first child, after arriving in Australia ahead of their royal tour.

According to the Daily Mail Pippa, 35, was smiling as she walked into the $13,800 unit on Monday where Prince William and her sister Catherine’s children Princess Charlotte and Princes George and Louis were born.

Pippa was dubbed “her royal hotness” after wearing a slinky, white dress to older sister Catherine’s royal wedding in 2011 where she was a bridesmaid.

She has never disclosed the due date, however many media outlets predicted she would likely give birth this month.

Unlike the Duchess of Cambridge who suffered from morning sickness, Pippa has spoken about her smooth pregnancy and has reportedly meditated during the last few weeks.

The first time mother, who lives with her husband in a $31.3 million mansion in Chelsea, West London, was also seen visiting the Lindo Wing on October 2.

The news also comes just days after Pippa attended the royal wedding of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank in Windsor last week where she wore a forest green dress that accentuated her bump.

Like her sister, Pippa hasn’t disclosed the sex of the baby.

St Mary’s Hospital is highly respected and is renowned for providing premium services.

Patients are given private rooms with their own en suites while gourmet food is available.

A standard room at the Lindo Wing costs almost $11,000 with deluxe rooms starting at $11,500.

In her recent Waitrose Weekend column, Pippa spoke about her pregnancy, saying, “As the final month nears and the bump grows prouder each day, movement is certainly getting more awkward. As a result, one of the biggest changes is that my lower body has tightened up. The knock-on effect is making my back and sacrum both uncomfortable and achy. The transformations to my body that are taking place as it prepares for childbirth have meant that the sound sleeps and the baby bubble effect have gone. Reality is finally kicking in.”

Pippa married James in a private ceremony in May last year in Englefield, south west of London.
