Meghan ‘will act again’ says the Duchess of Sussex’s former agent

Meghan has not ruled out reviving her on-screen career, according to her acting agent, as it’s claimed a row with one of Kate’s staff is behind their recent tensions.

She may be a duchess and have a royal heir on the way, but the bright lights of LA could still call Meghan home in future.

Her former showbiz agent, Gina Nelthorpe-Cowne, told the Daily Mail that she may yet opt for a silver screen return.

“I’m sure she’ll make a movie again … I really do think that,” she told the Mail.

Gina represented Meghan — who found fame in the legal drama Suits — until she met Harry.

Sher reportedly compared Markle’s situation with Grace Kelly’s, who married Prince Rainier of Monaco.

Kelly return to film caused serious strife with her husband, who apparently banned her from accepting the leading role in Alfred Hitchcock’s 1964 film Marnie among others.

But Gina said: “If Meghan wants to make a movie again, she will.”

Calling Meghan a “great actress” Gina said any role would be “serious”.

Meghan has been at the centre of a number of royal row allegations in the last few weeks.

The Sun exclusively revealed how sources claimed Kate told Meghan not to berate members of her team at Kensington Palace.

The row, which has been denied by the Palace, comes after we revealed the Duchess of Sussex made Kate cry over Princess Charlotte’s bridesmaid’s dress.

Kate, 36, is said to have told Meghan 37: “That’s unacceptable, they’re my staff and I speak to them.”

We also revealed last week that Harry and Meghan will relocate to Windsor rather than remain neighbours with Kate and William, 36.

And it emerged Harry had accused his brother of not “rolling out the red carpet” for Meghan when she first moved to the UK.

But Nelthorpe-Cowne said the royals could not prevent her achieving her ambitions.

She is reported as saying: “She’s a determined woman and she knows what she wants. She’s a woman of today, she’s got her will and she’s a leader.”

Gina said the Duchess would want a few babies before any movies, however.
