Kate Middleton shares children’s reaction to old snaps of her and Prince William
The Princess of Wales has shared an amusing anecdote about her three children when they saw old photos of her and Prince William.
Kate Middleton has revealed how her children reacted when they saw old photos of her and Prince William.
Earlier this week, the Prince and Princess of Wales were in Anglesey, Wales for their first engagement since they were given their new titles by King Charles.
The royal chatted with fans when she spotted a woman in the crowd holding a Union Jack with a photo of her and William’s engagement in 2010.
“Oh my goodness, is that from our engagement?” she said in a video shared by TikTok user mariahedges8.
“We always laugh about this. Although we’ve been married for 11 years, we’ve been together for double that, so it’s extraordinary.”

Kate then shared a hilarious anecdote about her three children, Prince George, nine, Princess Charlotte, seven, and Prince Louis, four.
“Our children look back at photos and are like, ‘Mummy you look so young!’,” she said.
William and Kate first met while studying at St Andrews University in Scotland in 2001, before they began dating in 2003.
The two became engaged in 2010 after being together on-and-off for seven years.
The future King popped the question with a sapphire and diamond ring, which previously belonged to his mother, Princess Diana.
The couple’s recent visit to Wales was particularly special. William and Kate lived in the country while the Prince worked as a helicopter pilot with the Royal Air Force’s Search and Rescue Force.
After Prince George was born in London, the pair brought him home to Wales.
“It’s nice coming back to Wales because it was where we lived before we had our family and everything,” Kate told the gathered crowd.
“So it’s been a really special day.”
