Glaring detail missing in Meghan Markle’s glam Invictus Games outing

Meghan Markle has been rocking her best designer wardrobe at the Invictus Games, but there is one very important piece missing from her outfits.

Meghan Markle has been spotted without her engagement ring at the Invictus Games.

Meghan Markle has joined Prince Harry in Germany for the Invictus Games, marking the couple’s first official public outing in months.

The Duchess of Sussex, 42, arrived in Dusseldorf from California for the event on Tuesday, four days after it officially kicked off.

She hit the ground running immediately upon her arrival, attending a welcome party for family and friends on Tuesday, before Meghan and Harry cheered from the crowd at the wheelchair basketball tournament and swimming finals.

But eagle-eyed spectators have noticed Meghan is still not wearing her three-stone engagement ring, after several months of going without it.

A source tells People the former actress hasn’t been sporting her sparkler because it’s getting serviced after a setting came loose.

After a challenging few months for the Sussexes, who lost their lucrative Spotify deal after producing just one series, before being labelled “f***ing grifters” by the company’s boss, Meghan and Harry engaged in plenty of PDA at the games, which the Duke of Sussex founded in 2014 for injured and wounded military soldiers.

While she’s sans her $300,0000 sparkler, Meghan has come equipped with her designer wardrobe.

At the swimming finals, the Duchess rocked a pair of $1,230 sneakers from luxury French designer, Hermes. Earlier at the wheelchair basketball event, she wore a pair of classic Chanel flat shoes, which cost $2,102.

Earlier, Meghan apologised for her late arrival while making an “off the cuff” speech at a welcome reception, explaining she needed to look after the couple’s two children Archie, 4, and Lilibet, 2.

“Hi everybody. It is so special to be here and I’m sorry I’m a little late to the party,” she told the guests.

“Like so many of you, you know this is about family and friends and the community that Invictus has created and Fisher House has created, and so I had to spend a little bit more time getting the little ones settled at home.

“Three milkshakes and a school drop off and I just landed a couple of hours ago and I am thrilled that the first event I can do for Invictus is here with all of you.”

It comes after questions were raised when she Meghan expected to speak at the closing ceremony of the games on September 16, but her name was mysteriously removed from a media program on the event’s official website.

The duchess was scheduled to host a segment alongside German TV presenter Hadnet Tesfai, the Times of London reported in August, but that information, according to German press, was deleted from the schedule, with only Tesfai listed as host.
