POLICE are calling for witnesses to an alleged altercation reportedly involving embattled PR maven Roxy Jacenko and her estranged father.

Ms Jacenko has denied striking out at her father Nick Jacenko and his fashion designer fiancee following a family dinner in the exclusive Sydney suburb of Woollahra, The Daily Telegraph reports.

Police have confirmed to news.com.au officers were called to Moncur St, near Queen St, Woollahra, on a Saturday night mid-May this year, where Ms Jacenko and her now jailed husband were dining.

According the Telegraph, the pair ran into Ms Jacenko’s father and fiancee Lisa Ho, who claim Ms Jacenko screamed “you should be ashamed of yourself” and began raining blows on them on the street.

The alleged incident took place only days into the Supreme Court trial of Ms Jacenko’s husband Oliver Curtis, who was later found guilty of insider trading.

Today’s report is the latest in a series of dramas for the Sweat Betty PR owner that has grabbed headlines.

Her “daily lift selfies” during her husband’s trial sparked even more interest than her husband’s court case itself.

Shortly after the trial, Ms Jacenko’s shock breast cancer diagnosis was front page news. She made headlines again with a recent tell-all interview with 60 Minutes.

Ms Jacenko has denied striking out at Mr Jacenko and Ms Ho, with her lawyer saying the claims were inaccurate.

A spokeswoman for NSW Police told news.com.au: “Police from Rose Bay LAC (local area command) were called to Moncur St, near Queen St, Woollahra, about 7pm on Saturday the 14th of May in relation to reports of an altercation. A number of statements were taken and witnesses to the incident are urged to contact police.”

Police are continuing to investigate and no charges have been laid.
