Rob Kardashian claims Blac Chyna is ‘backing out’ of revenge porn settlement

Rob Kardashian has accused his ex-fiancee Blac Chyna of backing out of a deal to end her revenge porn lawsuit against him.

According to People, the 35-year-old former reality star alleges in court documents that Chyna promised to withdraw the case if he helped her get out of another lawsuit against her.

The Instagram model’s ex Pilot Jones is suing the former couple, alleging that they outed him as gay and exposed him to public threats.

“With trial fast approaching, Chyna and her counsel looked to co-defendant Rob to resolve the Jones Case without her having to pay any money to secure a dismissal with prejudice,” the documents state.

However, the court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Chyna has threatened to move forward with the trial.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is asking that a judge enforce their contract.

A judge has not yet ruled on Kardashian’s request, but he is seeking an emergency hearing to address the alleged deal with Chyna.

In a statement to TMZ, Chyna’s lawyer Lynne Ciani accused the TV personality of breaking the law by discussing his conversations with her client.

“Under California law, settlement discussions are confidential. Rob Kardashian has violated California law by revealing alleged details of ongoing settlement discussions,” she said.

“Chyna is permitted under California law to disclose that settlement discussions regarding her revenge porn case against her ex-fiancee are ongoing. When and if a confidential settlement is reached on this case, Chyna will alert the court first and then the media.”

Chyna claimed she suffered “significant damages” after her ex’s shocking social media rampage on July 5, 2017, in which he shared three graphic images of her on Instagram.

In the online rant, he also accused the mother of his young daughter Dream, 5, of cheating on him, and claimed Chyna was taking drugs and abusing alcohol, which she has denied.
