Blac Chyna just made a bold move in her ongoing legal battle with former fiance Rob Kardashian over an alleged 2016 fight that he claims left him with both physical and psychological injuries.

According to court documents reportedly obtained by Us Weekly, Chyna used past transcripts from a recent deposition of Kardashian in which he admits to liking being scratched by women in order to discredit his claims that he sustained lasting physical damage during an argument over Christmas 2016.

“Being scratched by a female is one of the best things a man could ask for,” he reportedly said in the deposition.

The 31-year-old only son of Kris Jenner responded to the move by his former fiancee by arguing that it didn’t occur to him that the scratching would turn into “guns and strangling”. He reportedly added: “I thought she was just being drunk, and you know, trying to be funny.”

Chyna was accused in September 2017 of allegedly punching Kardashian in the face, attempting to strangle him with an iPhone charging cord and repeated blows to the head while they were staying with Rob’s sister, Kylie Jenner.

The duo started a whirlwind romance in 2016 and share a two-year-old daughter Dream. Their time together includes a slew of other assault, revenge porn and cheating claims.

According to People, Chyna is fighting to avoid paying $500,000 in damages for the alleged incident. Instead, she’s willing to pay $5000 for her part, including $250 for his ripped shirt.

Meanwhile, Rob’s family, who continue to appear on Keeping Up With The Kardashians are avoiding talking about the ongoing fray between their brother and his ex, despite being previously named in a legal case by Chyna over claims of assault.

In the midst of all the drama with Chyna, Rob hasn’t appeared on the family’s hit reality series. However, according to Page Six, he’s poised for a return in the coming season, albeit not as a full-time cast member.
