ORANGE is the New Black star Pablo Schreiber is a romantically free man after his wife Jessica Monty filed for a legal separation.

The actor, 35, who is also the half brother of Naomi Watts' partner Liev Schreiber, has two sons with Monty, aged 5 and 22-months.  They were married in 2007.

Schreiber, who plays George "Pornstache" Mendez in the hit TV show, indicated that his relationship was in trouble on Twitter last month.

"The really f***ed up thing about divorce is that eventually you have to decide who gets to keep the neti-pot." (Neti-pots are a nasal rinse device particularly popular in America after they were featured on Oprah Winfrey's show."

TMZ reports that Monty wants full physical custody of the children and spousal support but is open to giving Schreiber visitation rights and willing to share legal custody.

Schreiber appeared in the films The Manchurian Candidate alongside his brother Liev and Lords Of Dogtown.

Orange is The New Black is the most watched show of 2013 on streaming site-turned-broadcaster Netflix.

It is loosely based on the real-life story of author Piper Kerman's stint in prison. It follows Taylor Schilling as Piper Chapman, a white middle-class New Yorker convicted of drug trafficking into the segregated world of female incarceration.
