Nicole Kidman reveals husband Keith Urban’s surprise internet search history when he is stressed

In a candid new interview, Nicole Kidman has revealed a secret about how her husband Keith Urban deals with stress.

Nicole Kidman has given her fans an insight into how her husband Keith Urban deals with stress, in the form of his internet search history … and it’s not at all what you’re thinking.

Kidman opened up in the November issue of Marie ClaireAustralia, the 53-year-old revealed how she knows when to give Urban some ‘space’.

“He googles cars. I’ll know when he’s stressed because he’s googling cars,” said the actress.

“I couldn’t care less what car I’m driving. You can pick me up in any old thing. But Keith and Faith (their youngest daughter) love cars.”

Keith, 52, and Nicole share daughters Sunday Rose, 12, and Faith Margaret, 9.

The Oscar winner also opened up about how the “female heavy” household can be a lot for her husband.

“Sometimes I’ll find him in his closet playing guitar,” she said. “That’s when I know we really need to give him space!”

In September, Urban spoke candidly about his wife, and about how “fearless” she has made him ahead of the release of his new album.

Speaking to Stellar, the country music star opened up about the impact his wife of 14 years has had on him creatively, while admitting his troubled past “is right behind (him)”.

“I have not one but three rehabs in my history. Although the last one was in 2006, it’s still there – my past is what it is. I just keep moving forward,” he said.

Urban has discussed his past addictions before, revealing that he went to rehab twice before marrying Kidman. Four months into their marriage, the actress reportedly staged an intervention, and Urban finally got sober for good.

Not only has Kidman helped the star battle his demons, Urban says she has also had a major influence on his musical taste and output, including his latest album The Speed Of Now Part 1.

“Nic’s definitely had a big impact on my music in the last five to six years particularly,” he told Stellar.

“I’m more fearless with my artistry,” he said, adding, “I definitely married up. Isn’t that what we’re all supposed to be doing? She’s just very willing to try things; that’s rubbed off on me.”

Meanwhile, Kidman also decided to open up about her marriage with Tom Cruise recently.

The actress reminisced about her 11-year-marriage with Cruise, talking about their experience shooting 1999’s Eyes Wide Shut.

“You know how in Eyes Wide Shut you have that monologue in which your character is talking about infidelity,” David Marchese asked Kidman, 53, for an interview with The New York Times Magazine.

“If you’re acting those scenes with the person to whom you’re married, and doing it as part of this immersive process, can it open up negative feelings that later you maybe wish you hadn’t opened?”

“That fits the narrative that people came up with, but I definitely didn’t see it like that,” Kidman responded.

“We were happily married through that,” she continued. “We would go go-kart racing after those scenes. We’d rent out a place and go racing at 3 in the morning. I don’t know what else to say. Maybe I don’t have the ability to look back and dissect it. Or I’m not willing to.”
