With a long list of sex scenes under her belt, Nicole Kidman reveals how her husband Keith Urban really feels about them all.

They’re one of Australia’s most beloved couples. But how does country star Keith Urban feel when his actress wife Nicole Kidman has to film a sex scene?

“My husband is an artist, so he understands all of it, and he also does not get involved,” Kidman, 54, said on a recent episode of E! News’ Daily Pop. “He sees the show at the very end when it’s a show, all edited together, and he’s fresh eyes. He doesn’t read any script, he really doesn’t know what’s going on on the set, he’s got his own career that he’s completely absorbed in.”

The Oscar winner added: “He doesn’t know much about what I’m really doing.”

The pair have been married since 2006 and have daughters Sunday and Faith. Kidman previously opened up toWSJ. Magazine in April 2020 about how she balances work and family life.

“We have a system worked out to keep the family together,” she said.

“When Keith’s not touring, it’s much easier. He’ll be on tour next year, and then I just don’t work as much. Literally – it will become imbalanced, and we will change it,” the Australian star said. “We don’t have the answers, but the one thing we do know is that we will not jeopardise us.”

Urban, 53, previously touched upon his family’s busy lifestyle during an interview with the Times. “We live in different places – between Nashville and London – so we’re just used to not having a particular structure. It’s based on whether Nic’s working, whether I’m working,” he said.
