Millie Bobby Brown slams TikToker for ‘dishonest’ sex claims

Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown is suing TikTok star Hunter “Echo” Ecimovic after he made ‘dishonest’ sex claims about her.

Millie Bobby Brown is reportedly “taking action” against Hunter “Echo” Ecimovic after the TikToker alleged during a recent livestream that he engaged in sexual acts with the Stranger Things star.

“Mr. Ecimovic’s remarks on social media are not only dishonest but also are irresponsible, offensive and hateful,” the 17-year-old actress’ reps told TMZ on Tuesday. “Instead of engaging in a public discourse with him through the press or on social media, we are taking action to ensure that he stops this behaviour once and for all.”

Earlier this week during the livestream, which has been reposted in part on YouTube, Ecimovic, 21, responded to a comment that said, “Imagine being a grown adult and dating a kid” with “I know, I groomed her.”

The social media star, who boasts 1.6 million followers on TikTok, added, “Everything that I did was completely legal and it was approved by everybody that I was with.”

He also claimed to have lived with the Netflix star at her house for eight months, and said, “How the f**k is there a lawsuit? Her mum and dad knew about everything.” (Complex suggests that Ecimovic was addressing a rumoured lawsuit against him filed by Brown’s parents.)

There is a photo of Ecimovic kissing Brown on the cheek, so it is apparent they were friendly at some point — although it is unclear when the picture was taken.

According to TMZ, law enforcement sources told them there currently aren’t any open investigations against Echo.

However, on Tuesday, the TikToker decided to issue a mea culpa on his platform, partially blaming his actions on him “getting more and more drunk.”

“I said stuff that should have never been said,” he admitted in the lengthy apology.

Ecimovic concluded, “The livestream, I am sorry for. I’m not proud of at all how I spoke. It sounded very immature, looked horrible on my family, it looked horrible on me, it looked horrible on my friends … I should have ended it the moment it started getting bad.”

Reps for Brown did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

The teen actress is currently in a relationship with Jon Bon Jovi’s son Jake Bongiovi.
