Megan Fox has shared some big personal news, one year on from her heartbreaking miscarriage with partner Machine Gun Kelly.
Megan Fox’s family is getting bigger.
The Jennifer’s Body star is pregnant, expecting her and partner Machine Gun Kelly’s first baby together after previously suffering a miscarriage.
Fox announced the news today, sharing an Instagram post captioned, “nothing is ever really lost. welcome back.”
In the Instagram carousel, she shared a photo where she was covered in oil while cradling her bump and a second of a positive pregnancy test. Fox also tagged Kelly in the post, confirming he was the father.
The actress, 38, is already a mother as she and ex-husband Brian Austin Green co-parent Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7.
As for MGK, the 34-year-old rapper welcomed daughter Casie, now 15, in 2009 with then-girlfriend Emma Cannon.
He and Fox started dating in 2020 after meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass, with the rocker proposing two years later.
After his proposal, MGK hinted that the New Girl star had experienced a pregnancy loss when he performed at the Billboard Music Awards and dedicated the set to their “unborn child.”
She confirmed this in her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, which hit bookshelves in November 2023.
The Transformers star subsequently told WWD that the miscarriage was “difficult” to process.
She recalled, “This miscarriage [was] really tragic for me and left me with a lot of grief and a lot of suffering.”
This was not Fox’s first loss as she previously experienced an ectopic pregnancy.
While the status of her and MGK’s relationship was unclear at the time of the interview, Fox confirmed in March that they had ended their engagement.
However, she noted, “There will always be a tether to him no matter what. I can’t say what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow.”
The on-again, off-again couple have since been spotted cuddling up at multiple outings, from the Stagecoach festival in April to Michael Rubin’s white party two months later.
In July, the duo sparked baby speculation when Fox appeared pregnant in MGK’s Lonely Road music video.
While Fox did not address rumours at the time, she stepped out without a visible bump after.
