Margot Robbie praises ‘brave’ BFF Cara Delevingne for telling her story about Harvey Weinstein
MARGOT Robbie has heaped praise on her “dear friend” Cara Delevingne for sharing her horror Harvey Weinstein story.
AUSSIE actress Margot Robbie has expressed her admiration for her Suicide Squad co-star Cara Delevingne for telling her story about Harvey Weinstein.
Robbie, 27, told Entertainment Tonight that she has always known Delevingne to be a strong woman.

The bisexual model-turned-actress said that after meeting Weinstein at a hotel lobby he asked her to come up to his room, where another woman was waiting for the pair.
Weinstein then tried to propose a threesome before Delevingne broke into song as a distraction and attemtped to leave as Weinstein tried to kiss her.

He also told her she should hide her sexuality.
“He said to me that If I was gay or decided to be with a woman especially in public that I’d never get the role of a straight woman or make it as an actress in Hollywood,” she said.
Robbie said she was proud of her friend but not surprised.
“Cara is a dear friend of mine and I already knew she was a fierce, brave woman. Today just proved that again,” she said. “I think the whole situation is so disturbing and sad but I think the conversation surrounding it, hopefully, good comes out of it.”
“The fact that the conversation is so prevalent and so many woman are so bravely coming forward, I think the culture has to change. It cannot be ignored anymore,” she said.
Robbie is currently promoting her new movie Goodbye Christopher Robin.
