After naming Kylie Jenner the world’s youngest self-made billionaire twice, Forbes has exposed her true wealth – and she’s not taking it well.

After naming Kylie Jenner the world’s youngest self-made billionaire twice, Forbes recently exposed the mogul for representing herself as far wealthier than she actually is, leaving mum Kris Jenner on edge over potential damage the exposé could cause the Kardashian-Jenner brand she’s spent years building.

“Kris and Kylie are freaking out and fear that this is going to hurt their brand, and even worse, they could be in trouble with the government,” a source revealed to The Sun.

The source also claimed the mother-daughter team was “definitely worried” about potential legal and social ramifications for allegedly over-estimating the value of her highly successful Kylie Cosmetics brand through shady means.

“Kylie’s business is significantly smaller, and less profitable, than the family has spent years leading the cosmetics industry and media outlets, including Forbes, to believe,” the report read.

Kylie shot back on Twitter: “i thought this was a reputable site. All I see are a number of inaccurate statements and unproven assumptions lol. I’ve never asked for any title or tried to lie my way there EVER. period.”

Jenner’s lawyer, Michael Kump, demanded a retraction from the money mag in a statement on Friday.

Kylie Jenner is reportedly ‘freaking out’ over how the Forbes expose will damage her brand.

“We have reviewed Forbes’ article accusing Kylie of engaging in deceit and a ‘web of lies’ to inflate her net worth,” the statement read.

“The article is filled with outright lies. Forbes’ accusation that Kylie and her accountants ‘forged tax returns’ is unequivocally false and we are demanding that Forbes immediately and publicly retract that and other statements.”

Forbes has recalculated Kylie’s net worth at just under $US900 million.
