Kourtney Kardashian’s site Poosh is finally here … and it’s basically the Kardashian version of Goop
She’s known for her insanely healthy lifestyle. Now Kourtney Kardashian has unveiled Poosh, a beauty and wellness site, and she’s basically gone full Gwyneth Paltrow.
Kourtney Kardashian has finally unveiled Poosh, her new beauty and wellness brand — and it’s basically a Kardashian version of Goop.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 39, is dipping her toes into very Gwyneth Paltrow-style waters with the launch of poosh.com. Like Goop, Kourtney’s site is offering health, wellness, life, style, home and entertaining advice — and not all at an accessible price-tag.
Kardashian recommends products including a $US300 ($A422) facial serum, offers recipes for “matcha pancakes”, avocado shakes (which she has daily), and her mother Kris Jenner’s “famous brownies”, along with spruiking the benefits of $US200 ($A281) “organic” bed sheets.
For Poosh’s launch, Kourtney interviewed her “momager” Jenner “on what it takes to be a boss”, where she offers career advice including if you’re being told no “you’re talking to the wrong person”.
Other Poosh features include a workout plan for an “instant butt lift”, “foods to eat to flatten your belly” and “how to look good naked”, where she recommends a $US125 ($A176) La Mer body scrub and a $US70 ($A98) water jug.
Speaking to US Vogue, Kourtney said Poosh was “curating a lifestyle that’s very much the lifestyle that I lead”.
“It’s important to use my voice to share everything I’ve learned,” Kourtney added.
“It’s all about living your best life and embracing the fact that it’s not perfect.”
That includes only eating “dairy and gluten in moderation”.
“I try to do my best but I don’t stick to it religiously,” Kourtney added. She’s known for her insanely healthy lifestyle and diet, which includes olive leaf, MCT oil and Chlorophyll shots, according to Vogue, and she sees a doctor regularly to check her blood levels.
She also uses mostly natural skincare and chemical-free cleaning products - a topic that she explores in Gwyneth-style mode on Poosh.
Oh and the title? “Poosh” is named after Kourtney’s daughter Penelope (whose nickname is “Poosh”).
It has already amassed 2.5 million followers on Instagram, after replacing the Kardashians’ former account for clothing store, Dash.
