The Blue Crush actress, 30, met Polish, 42, on the set of the movie Big Sur.
Us Weekly reports that the couple had 50-75 of their closest friends and family there with the ceremony on a mountaintop and Bosworth arriving in a stage coach pulled by two horses.
She wore a traditional strapless dress with a full train and her hair in an up 'do.
Bosworth has said before that her and Polish knew the moment they met that they would be together forever.
"I never even dated my husband-to-be," she told the magazine. "He said to me after just a few weeks, before we were even together, 'I'm going to marry you.' He just knew."
Bosworth had previously dated actors Alexander Skarsgard and Orlando Bloom.
