Karl Stefanovic’s fiancee Jasmine Yarbrough opens up about their relationship

JASMINE Yarbrough and Karl Stefanovic have stayed mum on their relationship and impending nuptials, but now, Yarborough has broken her silence.

JASMINE Yarbrough has given a candid interview divulging what it’s like to be with one of Australia’s most controversial men, Today host Karl Stefanovic.

The fashion designer, 34, spoke to Grazia, revealing she doesn’t miss an episode of Today, laughs constantly when she’s with Karl and said the pair were “truly blessed” to have found each other.

“I wake around 7 o’clock on weekdays. I make myself hot water with lemon and put on the Today show,” she said.

Yarbrough started dating Stefanovic, 34, in December 2016, after meeting at a Sydney boat party, mere months after the Nine star announced his split from wife Cassandra Thorburn. The pair had been married for 21 years.

While they were initially coy about their relationship, Stefanovic and Yarbrough steadily began appearing together at social events, and their engagement was announced in February of this year.

In the interview, Yarbrough also touched on the necessity of finding quality time with her TV-host partner, saying that they have regular date nights on Thursdays to keep the flame alive amid their hectic schedules.

“Thursday nights I like to have date night with my partner,” she said. “The time together in our busy worlds is so important and lovely. It’s vital to reconnect and communicate and most importantly laugh.

“And we laugh, all the time. There’s always a lot going on so finding the humour in life keeps you sane.”

The couple, who had a commitment ceremony last month, also stay sane by having weekends free for time with friends, either having them over for dinner or heading to Whale Beach to relax by the water, Yarbrough revealed.

“For me, the time spent with those nearest and dearest is precious. I love my friends and I love giving them my time. I genuinely miss them and try and reconnect as much as I can,” she said.

“We are truly blessed to have found each other,” she said.

Yarbrough also revealed that her favourite time of day is her morning shower, confessing that it is “the only part of the day when I get to be by myself”.

Curiously, she takes this shower before she works out, leading us to believe she either showers twice before noon or doesn’t sweat at all.

Details of the pair’s impending nuptials are beginning to emerge, with Woman’s Dayclaiming they have decided on Beverly Hills as the venue for the wedding.
