Johnny Depp’s dogs to be deported: Barnaby Joyce tells Pistol and Boo to ‘bugger off’
TWO pet dogs belonging to US actor Johnny Depp will be put down unless the actor removes them from Australia, says agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce.
IT’S not every day the federal government has a warning for the “sexiest man alive”.
But Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce says two pet dogs belonging to US actor Johnny Depp will be put down unless the actor removes them from Australia.
“It’s time that Pistol and Boo buggered off back to the United States,” Mr Joyce told reporters in Canberra on Thursday, after authorities found Depp “snuck in” the Yorkshire Terriers on his private jet last month.
Johnny Depp, 51, is in Queensland filming scenes for the fifth instalment in the Pirates of the Carribean franchise, a very lucrative investment for the state. He recently had to jet back to his hometown for surgery on a busted hand and the birthday of new wife Amber Heard, 29.
The two have been seen out and about with their Yorkshire Terriers on the streets of New York.
