JEREMY Clarkson is never far from controversy and the sacked Top Gear star has yet again attracted some unwanted online attention.
The 55-year-old, who was dropped from the BBC after an altercation with a producer last year, posted a picture of himself and Richard Hammond outside the Margaret River Fudge Factory in Western Australia.
We have got jobs at last. Here. As packers. pic.twitter.com/93dkPuVRbu

Alongside the image he broke the news that he and his former co-star had finally landed jobs, as “packers” at the fudge factory.
Many Twitter users understandingly associated the comment with a known homophobic slur, and took to social media to express their concerns.
Continuing with the casual homophobia, @JeremyClarkson, I see. Not into life-long learning?

Danny Cohen was right to get rid of you @JeremyClarkson and Iâve been loving every minute of it since. Worth the licence fee I donât pay.

Last year the TV presenter was forced to apologise for posting a picture sleeping on a plane, with a sign with the words “gay c***” written on it.
“Sadly, I fell asleep on the plane,” he captioned the photo.
He deleted the tweet after backlash from his followers and apologised saying: “I have deleted my last tweet and would like to apologise profusely to anyone who I upset while I was asleep.”
Clarkson and his former Top Gear co-hosts kicked off an Australian tour on Saturday night in front of 14,000 fans at the Perth Arena.
The tour originally named the Top Gear Festival was delayed after they were forced to remove all references of the show and rename it following Clarkson’s sacking.
