JOHNNY Depp is selling his Los Angeles penthouse — and it could be yours for a cool $A16.8 million.

The 53-year-old is starting anew after his divorce from wife Amber Heard after just one year of marriage — starting with putting his stunning five house penthouse on the market, reports The Sun.

Johnny’s home is in the Eastern Columbia Building in Downtown LA and is comprised of five adjacent penthouses, which the actor kept largely separate, living in them “like rooms in a home,” his real-estate agent Kevin Dees of Partners Trust told the Wall Street Journal.

He connected three of the units via doorways but left two separate, using one as a studio and another as a guest suite.

The units — found within the stunning art deco building — can be bought separately or together.

A video tour of the vast property shows a mixture of styles, including a very modern stainless steel kitchen, a lounge with a large leather sofas, and lots of dark wooden floors.

The bedroom meanwhile has a rather feminine feel with pale purple curtains and a large orange throw covered in a bright floral designs.

The walls mostly appear to be painted a variety of colours and are adorned with numerous pieces of art, including a mural in one room and lots of family photos in the living room.

This comes less than two months after it was revealed that Johnny is selling his mansions in France and Venice.

Johnny recently doubled the asking price on his French compound, which is set on 37 acres of land and boasts more than a dozen buildings.

He first put it up for sale last year, with an asking price of around $A33 million but took it off the market a few months later.

Now it’s back on for twice as much and it is being sold fully furnished with DVDs still on the bookshelves.

As well as all the buildings, it comes with two swimming pools, a gym, a skate park, a restaurant with a professional kitchen, a laundrette and a garage.

A church on the site has been converted into a guesthouse with the confession box converted into a wardrobe.

Alexander Kraft, chairman of Sotheby’s International Realty France, who previously listed the property, said: “Johnny had decided to sell the Plan de la Tour property to close this chapter of his life and move on.

“He hopes that someone else will enjoy the property as much as he did and bring him or her the same happiness it brought.”

And he is selling his Venetian mansion for almost $A16.1 million.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star put the seven-bedroom palace on the market five years after purchasing the plush property which overlooks Venice’s Grand Canal.
