Will Smith fires back at X-rated same-sex fling accusations

The actor has responded to shocking claims from his former assistant regarding an alleged fling with his male friend.

Will Smith has fired back at shocking accusations made by a former assistant claiming to have walked in on the actor having sex with another man, calling it “unequivocally false”.

Smith’s ex-assiant, Brother Bilaal, recently alleged in an interview with a YouTuber that he witnessed the actor having an intimate relationship with fellow actor Duane Martin.

“I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room and that’s when I see Duane having sex with Will,” he alleged in an interview with Tasha K on Tuesday that has since gone viral on X, formerly known as Twitter.

In a statement to TMZ, a representative for Smith said: “This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false.”

Martin and Smith met while on the set of The Fresh Prince of Bel Air when Martin appeared in an episode, and they’ve been friends ever since.

It’s not the first time Smith has faced rumours regarding his sexuality, and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, recently laughed off the suggestions in an interview while promoting her new memoir.

“You and Will probably have more rumours about you and talk about you than others,” said Today Show’s Hoda Kotb during an interview with the actress last month.

“They’re in an open marriage, they’re swingers, he’s gay, she’s gay. I mean a million things were out there. What, if anything, is true and did hearing all that stuff bother you?”

“No,” Pinkett Smith replied. “You know, that’s part of it. I would say that none of that’s true. I definitely can understand why there’d be misunderstandings, but none of it’s true.”

The Hollywood stars married in 1997 and were considered one of the strongest couples in showbiz in the years that followed.

They share two children, Jaden, 25, and Willow, 22, while Smith also has son, Trey, 30, from Smith’s first marriage.

The pair shocked the world when Pinkett Smith revealed she and her husband had been separated and living completely separate lives since 2016.

However, she later appeared to walk back on her remarks, and confessed she would “never” leave the actor.

“I will never leave Will’s side. Ever,” she told the Today Show, before adding that they were trying to rebuild their relationship into “something new”.

“I worked so hard to dismantle all the romanticism, and I just want to love Will as he is,” she stated. “I don’t want to put him in any boxes, and I don’t want to be put in a box. And, let me tell you, it’s been beautiful.”
