Triple M Hot Breakfast host Mick Molloy is throwing a Full Moon party for Shane Warne
A CELEB wingman says he’ll do “whatever it takes” to help Shane Warne find the right woman (or women) after his heartbreaking split from Elizabeth Hurley.
WATCH out ladies. Shane Warne has a new wingman who’s willing to do “whatever it takes to get Warnie back on the pony”.
To help put the heartbreak of his split from Elizabeth Hurley behind him, Mick Molloy and the Triple M Hot Breakfast team have decided to organise a party where the cricket legend can meet some attractive eligible women.
“It’s like a born again debutante ball,” Mick Molloy told news.com.au.
“Someone’s coming out the back end of a big experience and we’re trying to find him someone compatible and given his history, it shouldn’t be too hard.”
The event, called “Shane Warne’s Full Moon Party” will be held at Club 23 at the Crown Casino this Thursday, with lucky Triple M listeners plus a host of celebrities expected to attend.
“I’m going to walk into the room, point to Warnie and say, ‘Hello girls, dinner’s on!’” Molloy said.
ELIZABETH HURLEY SAYS SHE STILL LOVES WARNIE
“I’ll be his wingman, confidante, guardian and copilot and hopefully get a bit on the side.”
When asked what kind of woman he thinks is ideal for the unlucky in love sportsman, Molloy laughed, saying, “I don’t think we can confine it to just the one woman.”
“She needs to be good looking, have gone to finishing school and go off like a firecracker in the sack.”
Molloy, who co-hosts the Hot Breakfast with Eddie McGuire and Luke Darcy, says he’ll do whatever it takes to help Warnie find love, “from introducing him to pushing his bottom up and down”.
The event is all for a good cause with money being raised on the night for the Shane Warne foundation, but Molloy says he’ll judge the success of the night by “how many people end up in the Tiger Woods suite at Crown”.
“I’m hoping it’s choccas,” he said.
