Ryan Phillippe engaged to longtime girlfriend Paulina Slagter

RYAN Phillippe is ready to walk down the aisle again, with the 41-year-old actor proposing to girlfriend Paulina Slagter.

RYAN Phillippe is ready to walk down the aisle again.

The 41-year-old actor proposed to girlfriend Paulina Slagter, a Stanford Law School student, over the holidays, an insider told Page Six.

Phillippe told Howard Stern earlier this year that his relationship with twenty-something Slagter was serious, and that he was “not opposed” to getting married again. The duo started dating a few years ago.

Phillippe was previously married to Reese Witherspoon from 1999 to 2008. They share a 16-year-old daughter named Ava and a 12-year-old son named Deacon. Witherspoon, 39, married agent Jim Toth in 2011.

Phillippe and his gorgeous new fianceé were spotted having lunch Monday at Seaspice in Miami ahead of his appearance later this week at the exclusive Five Star New Year’s Eve party on Watson Island.

Phillippe’s rep didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

Phillippe was previously married to Reese Witherspoon from 1999 to 2008.
