After being married for almost three decades, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are going their separate ways.

Reality stars Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have split after 27 years of marriage, Page Six can confirm.

“Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof,” a source told People on Monday.

“They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.”

Reps for the pair did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 54, and Umansky, 53, tied the knot in January 1996. Together, they share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.

Richards is also mum to Farrah Brittany, 34, whom she welcomed with her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie.

Brittany is a real estate agent at Umansky’s The Agency brokerage, the centrepiece of Netflix’s unscripted series Buying Beverly Hills.

Richards and Umansky’s relationship has long been documented on RHOBH, which airs locally on both BINGE and Foxtel.

While filming Season 13 of the Bravo hit this year, Richards told Page Six that her marriage was questioned by several of her co-stars.

“It started all from a stupid picture of me without a ring on,” she told us in April.

Richards explained that her reason for not wearing the massive rock from Umansky was two-fold.

“A, I haven’t been wearing my big diamond ring, because there’s a lot of crime these days and I’m like, ‘I’m not comfortable,’” she began. “And B, I had just come from the gym lifting weights, so I was like, ‘That thing sparked that?’ I don’t know.”

Richards was most likely referring to a photo that was taken of her in February leaving the gym – sans her wedding ring – in blue leggings, a black tank, and sneakers.

The star claimed that both she and Umansky were “unbothered,” despite having previously “struggled” when her castmates brought up their marriage in the past.

“When this stuff would come up before, I would like, cry and I was devastated,” Richards reflected. “But now, I’m more like, ‘OK, I’ve done this before. Let’s do this. Bring it on. Come on. Let’s see what you got for me here.’”
