Rachel Bilson has revealed she didn’t have an orgasm from sex until she was 38.
The O.C. actor, who is now 41, is developing a reputation for her candid revelations on herBroad Ideas podcast. And in the latest episode, she told her guest Whitney Cummings she had her first orgasm from a male partner just a few short years ago.
“Isn’t that crazy?” Bilson said.
Bilson was previously engaged to Star Wars actor Hayden Christensen, whom she dated for seven years until 2017. The former couple share eight-year-old daughter Briar.
She also dated her O.C. co-star Adam Brody while the show was filming from 2003 until 2006.
Since her candid revelation, fans have pointed out how Bilson’s high-profile relationship with US comedian Bill Hader began in late 2019, when she was 38.
This led many to believe Hader, 44, was the man Bilson was referencing.

It’s not the first time the Hart of Dixie star has made an X-rated comment about Hader.
Bilson, who split from Hader in late 2020, previously claimed the Barry actor is well endowed.
On an August episode of her podcast, celebrity guest Tommy Dorfman asked Bilson what she missed the most about her relationship with Hader.
“His big d**k,” Bilson laughed, without further elaborating.
The former couple made their red carpet debut at the Golden Globes in January 2020, but they called it quits later that year.
At the time, Bilson admitted their split “hurt like a motherf***er”.
In another one of her podcast episodes, Bilson spoke to singer and actor Mandy Moore about dealing with their split while being isolated during the Covid pandemic.
She said she “could not leave [her] house” due to quarantine, adding that she “had nothing else to do but sit in it, deal with it and feel it”.
“It was probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done,” she said.
“Harder than childbirth. … If you actually face it, you can come out of it and be like, ‘OK, I did that, and I’m ready for the next thing.’”
