Michael Hutchence’s daughter has revealed that she’s broken up with her boyfriend
Tiger Lily Hutchence has revealed some very personal news - that may leave fans shocked.
Tiger Lily Hutchence has revealed that she has split from her boyfriend of six years.
Tiger Lily - the 26-year-old daughter of late INXS frontman Michael Hutchence - admitted she is no longer with her long-term partner while promoting her new album.
Tiger Lily had been with Nick Allbrook, the frontman of the Western Australian indie band Pond, for years and there were even rumours the two were engaged at some point.
Allbrook was also a touring member of the successful band Tame Impala but quit in 2013 and has since focused on his own music.
When writing recently about the making of her first album, Tiger Lily referred to Nick as an “ex”.
The daughter of the famed rocker wrote on BandCamp: “I made this cassette in the living room of our house in Fremantle, a seaside town in Western Australia.
“I had always been shy to sing with others but moving across the world and my ex-boyfriend Nick had given me some bravery. Something about living closer to nature meant I felt creative and open hearted. It was as if the wide open landscape of Australia had finally given my heart enough space to open properly,” she wrote.
The album is Tiger Lily’s first and it is called Tragic Tiger’s Sad Meltdown - which is rumoured to be a play on a tabloid headline written about her.
Michael Hutchence took his own life when she was only 16 months old.
She became an orphan just three years later when her mother Paula Yates died of an overdose.
Neith Tiger Lily or Allbrook have spoken about their split publicly.
She was last seen on his social media in July 2022 and he referred to her as a “heart-beam”.
