FORMER Gilmore Girls star Alexis Bledel and Mad Men star Vincent Kartheiser have married. The couple kept the nuptials on the down low, marrying in California back in June, Bledel’s rep confirmed to Us Weekly .

“It was a small and intimate family affair,” told the mag. “They wanted something relaxed and beautiful. Ojai was the perfect place. His family flew out from the East Coast.”

The pair became engaged in March 2013, after meeting on the set of Mad Men, where they played lovers.

“Honestly, they’re a really good match,” Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner told New York magazine of the couple. “They’re both very down to earth, with a sense of responsibility and strong family ties. And they’ve been acting since before they can remember, which makes for a very special personality.”
