‘Love has no age’. Father of Madonna’s 25-year-old beau defends 36-year age gap

The father of Madonna’s toyboy has jumped to defend his son’s new relationship and the 36-year age gap.

Madonna is reportedly dating her backup dancer, 25-year-old Ahlamalik Williams.

While the purported couple have not confirmed their reported romance, the 25-year-old’s father, Drue Williams, claimed to TMZ that the two had been dating for more than a year.

“Love has no age,” the older Williams told the outlet. “My son is livin’ la Vida Loca, and I’m just happy for him.”

Drue revealed that Madonna and Ahlamalik – who is two years older than her eldest daughter Lourdes “Lola” Leon – first met in 2015 when he auditioned for her Rebel Heart tour.

Madonna, 61, reportedly hand-picked Ahlamalik out of the group.

Things eventually began heating up and Madonna met Ahlamalik’s parents after a performance in New York City before hosting them at one of her Caesars Palace shows.

The Williams family was treated to dinner cooked by Madonna’s personal chef, according to TMZ.

Ahlamalik has seemingly been a fixture on Madonna’s Instagram page – appearing in her posts over the span of several months.

In a post from December 6, Madonna shared a scenic video of the two boarding a helicopter together.

In the caption she wrote, “Pullin Up on Philly in My Choppa”, accompanied by several hashtags while tagging Ahlamalik’s Instagram.

In a June post on the social media site, the Like a Prayer singer shared a video of the two seductively dancing alongside one another in celebration of her album, Madame X, going No. 1.

“Madame X celebrates being # 1 around the World............breaking records and glasses @ahla_malik @juicewrld999,” she captioned the post, also tagging the late rapper Juice WRLD.

Williams is the latest in a long line of toyboys the 61-year-old Queen of Pop has been linked to since her split from long-term partner Guy Ritchie, after which she decided she “wanted to have fun”.

Mum-of-six Madonna – who has been married twice but has dated a string of models, dancers and rappers – has been falling for increasingly younger men in recent years.

In fact, it’s thought the Material Girl has only ever had one older boyfriend – now-82-year-old actor Warren Beatty, 21 years her senior, whom she described as “incredible” in bed.

Earlier this year, the star ended a two-year romance with international model Kevin Sampaio, who is 30 years her junior.

In 2014, the star dated dancer Timor Steffens, who is also 30 years younger than the pop icon.
