Lizzo shares TikTok update on drunken Chris Evans DM

Things look to be heating up between Chris Evans and Lizzo after the singer’s cheeky drunken message earlier this month.

According to the singer’s latest TikTok video, the pair have kept in touch since Lizzo drunkenly slid into Evans’ DMs earlier this month.

But to the frustration of fans, the Grammy-winner isn’t giving much away.

The 33-year-old Truth Hurts hit maker posted a cheeky TikTok update on her crush on 39-year-old former Avenger Evans, sharing a lightning-fast screenshot for nosy fans.

“So, let’s see what your pause game is like motherf***ers,” the Grammy award-winning artist said in response to a fan asking for an update.

She then flashed a screenshot of their messages on-screen for a split second.

While the first three messages of the exchange – which the singer has shared previously – are visible, Lizzo’s head is shielding their most recent interaction.

Though difficult to make out, the final two messages seem to mention Lizzo “doin a shot” and Evans “buying” something.

Naturally, the sneaky move has driven fans wild.

“BESTIE MOVE YOUR HEAD I NEED TO SEE THE REST,” one TikTok user commented.

Meanwhile, popular TikToker King Rico said, “Girl lemme see the last two (crying face emoji)”.

Another simply stated, “Move ur head”.

Earlier this month, Lizzo was overjoyed after her drunken message to the Captain America star elicited a response.

She had sent him a trio of emojis including a gust of wind, a woman playing basketball and a basketball to signify shooting her shot with the actor.

“Don’t drink and DM, kids … for legal porpoises (sic) this is a joke,” she captioned the brief video of her lone message.

But hours later, Lizzo took to the app again to reveal that Evans had both responded and begun following her on Instagram.

“No shame in a drunk DM (face-throwing-a-kiss emoji) god knows I’ve done worse on this app lol (facepalm emoji),” he wrote.

The Knives Out actor was likely referencing his own infamous social media gaffe when he accidentally leaked a graphic photo of his penis back in September 2020.

According to E! News, Evans posted a prerecorded video on his Stories but when it ended, the image showed a photo grid, giving viewers a very brief look at his recent snaps, including the NSFW image.

The actor cottoned on to the gaffe soon after, and used the heightened attention to encourage people to vote in the November election.

Lizzo has been a fan of Evans for a while, even publicly proposing to him on Twitter in 2019.

“Wow marry me,” she wrote in response to Evans re-tweeting a video of a little girl dancing to her song.

Both Lizzo and Evans seem to be single currently, with Evans’ last confirmed relationship with comedian Jenny Slate coming to an end in 2017.

Lizzo opened up toPeople about her relationship status in July 2019.

“I’m a very, very single b**ch,” she said.

“But even if I were in a relationship, I’m a single-minded individual, and I really like my freedom. I think there’s a lot of people that need to be in relationships and need to be in love. I want it sometimes, but I don’t need it.”
