Kylie Minogue announces engagement to actor Joshua Sasse

SPECULATION had reached fever pitch after she began showing off a very big rock but Kylie has now confirmed plans to wed her actor boyfriend.

KYLIE Minogue has confirmed the speculation that she is to wed to her actor beau Joshua Sasse.

Yesterday, the Melbourne-born singer and her British boyfriend took out an ad in the Forthcoming Marriages section of UK newspaper, the Telegraph, announcing their engagement.

The rumour mill has been overdrive over the last few days following Minogue’s appearance at the NME Awards in London flaunting a very impressive rock on her ring finger.

The popster did not shy away from flashing the ­rumoured engagement ring in front of the cameras.

The pint-sized singer met Sasse, who is 19 years her junior, on the set of television show Galavant, while shooting a guest role last year.

It is understood they began dating in September and are got engaged during a skiing holiday at Christmas, reported the Telegraph.

Sasse is said to come from a family of “nobility”. He lives on a rambling country estate in Herefordshire, in the English Midlands.

Minogue had remained tight-lipped about the ­diamond and emerald bling, which she was first photographed wearing on a date night with 28-year-old Sasse in London last month.

Late last year on BBC Radio 4 Minogue revealed had “a love in my life, which is just a beautiful thing”. She also hinted that she would like to start a family one day.

“If that were to happen that would be incredible,” she told interviewer Kirsty Young.

Minogue has previously been in high-profile relationships with French actor Olivier Martinez and model Andres Velencoso.
