Kim Kardashian says ‘love u for life’ to Kanye West in sweet birthday tribute

Despite going through a divorce, Kim Kardashian has paid tribute to her husband of seven years in a loving post on Instagram.

Kim Kardashian has declared “love you for life” to her soon-to-be ex-husband Kanye West in a loving tribute.

The 40-year-old reality star wished the rapper, who she married in 2014, a happy 44th birthday on Instagram, uploading a throwback photo of the pair with three of their four children, North, Saint and Chicago.

“Happy Birthday. Love U for Life!” she wrote alongside the family snap, which shows Kim hugging North and Saint while Kanye cradles a then baby Chicago.

It appears the uber famous pair, who reportedly filed for divorce in March, have had an amicable split after seven years of marriage, with Kim’s sister Khloe Kardashian, 36, also honouring Kanye on his special day.

Uploading a photo of Kim and Kanye alongside herself and Tristan Thompson, the father of her child True, Khloe wrote: “Happy birthday to my brother for life!!!”

Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, also uploaded a photo to her Instagram story, writing: “Happy birthday #KanyeWest.”

It comes after Kim finally addressed her failing marriage to Kanye in the penultimate episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians last week.

The billionaire reality TV queen was seen breaking down to her sisters following a “big fight” she had with Kanye.

“I honestly can’t do this anymore,” Kim said through tears. “Why am I still in this like, place where I’m stuck for years? Like, he goes and moves to a different state, every year, I have to be together so I can raise the kids, you know? And he’s an amazing dad, he’s done an amazing job …

“(But) I think he deserves someone that can and go follow him all over the place and move to Wyoming. I can’t do that.

“He should have a wife that supports his every move and travels and does everything and I can’t.

“I feel like a f***ing failure that it’s a third marriage. Yeah, I feel like a f***ing loser.

“But I can’t even think about that, I want to be happy.”

The episode was filmed in early December during a family holiday to Lake Tahoe, a matter of weeks after Kanye’s infamous presidential rally.

Kim and Kanye were married in a ceremony in Italy in May 2014, and have four children together; North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.

It was Kim’s second marriage, after previously tying the knot to basketball star Kris Humphries in 2011, which infamously lasted only 72 days.

Prior to that, she married her first serious boyfriend Damon Thomas in 2000 before finding fame.
