Kanye West’s mysterious deleted post amid reported split from wife Bianca Censori
Kanye West has reportedly broken his silence in a cryptic post amid reports he and his Aussie wife are headed for divorce.
Kanye West has reportedly broken his silence in a cryptic post amid widespread reports that he and wife Bianca Censori are set to announce their divorce within days.
The rapper may have deleted his X account following his anti-Semitic rant this past week, but that didn’t stop him from firing off another message on Instagram.
As per the Daily Mail, the 47-year-old posted a message about coercion, sharing a definition of the word just one hour after the divorce news landed.
“Yes, coercion is illegal,” his note reportedly read. “Coercion is the act of forcing someone to do something against their will through threats or intimidation.”
“It can involve physical harm, psychological abuse, extortion, blackmail or sexual assault.’
The post was mysteriously deleted just minutes afterwards - and West has now deleted all posts from his Instagram account.
Despite the widespread reports today that the couple will split, their representative has insisted they’re still together.
“Ye and Bianca are in Los Angeles, about to enjoy Valentine’s Day together. Announcements about their private life will come from them directly, not unsourced rumor in the tabloid press,” Kanye and Bianca’s rep Milo Yiannopolous told The Hollywood Reporter.
“Is this the fifth or is it the sixth time the press has wrongly reported that Ye and Bianca are separating? I’ve lost track.”
The post came after frequent concerns that Censori’s provocative fashion statements in the past few years is down to the rapper’s control over the Aussie architect.
Since they married in December 2022, the Melbourne-born star has been wearing less and less clothing in public – and it all came to a head at the Grammy Awards on February 3 when she dropped her fur coat on the red carpet to reveal a tiny, totally see-through mess dress that exposed her entire naked body.
As the world let out a collective gasp, West gloated about having “dominion” over his wife, saying it was he who allowed her to walk the red carpet almost naked.
“I have dominion over my wife,” he tweeted on X after the Grammys. “This ain’t no woke as feminist sh*t. She’s with a billionaire. Why would she listen to any of you dumb a** broke b****es.
“People say the red carpet look was her decision. Yes, I don’t make her do nothing she doesn’t want to. She definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it without my approval, you stupid a** woke pawns,” he continued.
“I have no respect or empathy for anyone living ‘cause no one living can f**k with me, but I do love some people and I give them favour.”
Back in 2019, West’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian went on the record to reveal that the rapper did indeed take control of her wardrobe during their marriage.
“When he was still fairly new to the relationship, he was like, ‘Can I give you a fashion makeover?’ I was open: Sure! Dress me up!’” she told Vogue at the time.
“A team of stylists came to my house, and when we came home, there were shoes piled up almost to the ceiling that they had taken out of my closet. I only had two pairs left,” she revealed. “I almost started to cry. I spent years collecting those.”
Kardashian went on to say that “racks and racks” of designer clothes replaced her existing wardrobe with brands she had never heard of before. But the reality star said she was in awe of the rapper and welcomed the change.
“I wasn’t offended at all. Because I saw what a response I got, he was right. He’s been my go-to stylist ever since,” she said.
“I’ve always admired how he’s marketed things or come up with ideas for his videos and his looks, he thinks ahead. I show him what we’re doing at night when we’re in bed.”
Kardashian divorced West in 2022 after nearly eight years of marriage and four children: North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5.
The Skims founder recently provided some insight into their divorce in this week’s episode of The Kardashians.
The reality star made a rare comment about the “hardest part” of ending marriages as she sat down with her mum, Kris Jenner, and sister, Khloe Kardashian, to discuss the Good American co-founder’s recent reunion with her ex-husband, former NBA star Lamar Odom.
While admitting they “got married way too quickly” in 2009 only to split in 2013, Khloé stood by her decision at the time, saying, “That was the love of my life. And if it wasn’t for drugs, I know we would still be married ’til today”.
Kim told her younger sister, “That’s the hardest part,” seemingly hinting at her 2022 divorce from West.
“I’ve been there when you don’t foresee something happening that really changes a person’s personality and then they’re not the same person and you can’t ever get that person back, but you can’t live with the new person. I get it,” she said on camera.
“It’s tougher when you don’t want your marriage to end off of personal reasons but circumstances change that force your marriage to end.
“When you weren’t planning on that and that’s not really the outcome you want but there’s no other option, I think it makes it harder to get over.”
