Joshua Jackson’s wife of nearly four years, Jodie Turner-Smith, has filed for divorce – just two weeks after the pair reportedly separated.

Joshua Jackson’s marriage is over..

Actress Jodie Turner-Smith filed for divorce from the Dawson’s Creek star on Monday after nearly four years of marriage, according to Page Six.

In documents obtained by Page Six, the Queen & Slim actress, 37, cited irreconcilable differences and requested joint custody of their three-year-old daughter following their September 13 split.

She also requested that spousal support be removed as an option and stated that the estranged couple have a prenuptial agreement in place.

The couple first met in 2018 and tied the knot in a secret wedding just a year later.

Jackson, 45, and Turner-Smith welcomed their baby girl via a home birth in April 2020, with a rep telling Page Six at the time that she was “happy and healthy.”

Although the duo kept their relationship mostly out of the spotlight, they did occasionally gift fans with some wild personal anecdotes.

Turner-Smith revealed last year that when she and Jackson first met, they had a one-night stand.

Months later, Jackson admitted that his now-estranged wife actually proposed to him.

“We were in Nicaragua. It was very beautiful, incredibly romantic. We were walking down the beach, and she asked me to marry her,” Jackson shared on The Tonight Show.

He recalled with a laugh that “there was a preamble,” and Turner-Smith did not go straight into the proposal — which he wasn’t expecting.

“But she was quite adamant, and she was right,” he added while looking at his ring. “This is the best choice I’ve ever made.”

The pair went on to share nude photos of each other and even star in a J.Crew campaign together, but it appears the chemistry wasn’t enough to keep them together.
