Halle Berry levelled extraordinary allegations against her ex-partner Gabriel Aubry, shocking court documents have revealed.

Halle Berry accused her ex of racially abusing their daughter and having an incestuous affair with a relative, bombshell court documents have revealed.

The former Bond girl claimed Gabriel Aubry, 43, used racial slurs and refused to recognise their daughter Nahla as bi-racial.

Berry, 53, and Aubry engaged in a bitter public custody battle after their 2010 split – culminating in an explosive court battle in 2011 as Berry tried to move her daughter to France.

Unsealed documents from the case reveal the couple only had sex three times a year – as Aubry battled the effects of his incestuous relationship.

Berry testified: “After the first six months of our relationship, our sex life diminished and after one year we had sex less than three times per year.”

Her legal team alleged the sordid relationship – which started when Aubry was in foster care – went on “for years”.

She added: “(Gabriel) refused to either recognise or accept responsibility for these issues. Instead, he criticised my body in ways which are very demeaning to women.

“I finally convinced (him) to go to a joint therapist to address these issues.”

The judge eventually turned down Berry’s bid to move Nahla to France to live with her and her then-boyfriend Olivier Martinez.

Two weeks later, Aubry and Martinez were hospitalised following a brutal fist fight at Berry’s California house.

Aubry, who came off worse in the fight, was taken to hospital for his injuries and charged with battery.
