PRIME Minister Tony Abbott’s daughter Frances has been snapped with her new boyfriend Lindsay Smith for the second time this week — this time with a cigarette in-hand.

The 22-year-old and her new beau were at the Dolce & Gabbana cocktail party last Wednesday night looking polished to perfection for their first public outing.
