Elizabeth Hurley says she still loves Shane Warne

ELIZABETH Hurley has opened up about her split from Shane Warne, telling a magazine that she still loves the cricket legend.

ELIZABETH Hurley says she still loves Shane Warne and wants to continue to be a part of his family.

Speaking to HELLO! magazine, the 48-year-old said, “Love isn’t a switch that you can turn on or off at will and of course I still love him — we are part of each other’s history.”

The actor added that she will continue to see Warne’s three children, possibly when they visit England later in the year.

This was the last public event that Liz Hurley and Shane Warne were spotted at together.

“We’ve been putting together Mac photobooks of some of the great holidays we all spent together and have very happy memories,” Hurley said.

The high-profile couple became engaged in October 2011 but the relationship struggled towards the end of last year, with a source telling HELLO!, “There were just too many issues in the way”.

Warne and Hurley will continue to be a part of each other’s lives.

“We finally parted ways in November (2013) and it was a very sad time for both of us,” Hurley said.

“I struggled for a while but feel in a very good place today. In fact, both professionally and personally everything is blooming.”
