Demi Lovato splits with fiance Max Ehrich and ‘thinks he’s sketchy’

After just two months of being engaged, Demi Lovato has split from ex-fiance Max Ehrich as trust issues arise and he’s accused of texting other celebs.

Demi Lovato and fiance Max Ehrich have ended their two-month engagement, reports People.

“It was a tough decision, but Demi and Max have decided to go their separate ways to focus on their respective careers,” said People’s source.

“They have respect and love for one another and will always cherish the time they spent together.”

Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich were engaged in July.

The news come after tension arose between the couple when news came out that Ehrich had sent out tweets to Demi’s nemesis, Selena Gomez.

While Demi defended her fiance, saying the tweets were fake, a bunch more thirsty tweets from Ehrich reaching out to the likes of Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus and even Stella Maxwell came out.

The couple had only started dating earlier this year.

“It’s really sad when people FAKE images to put women against each other. If women have conflict that’s between them NOT YOU,” Demi wrote on Instagram, later adding, “Yes, it’s easier to tear apart celebrities and their relationships because 2020 sucks and scares the sh*t out of us all but it’s only gonna stay terrifying until we address it all and WORK ON SOLUTIONS TOGETHER.”

Over already? Two months in and Demi ended her engagement.

A source has revealed to E! News that there were major trust issues between Demi and Max, and that her friends were even suspicious about his intentions with the singer.

The source claims that Demi and Max were “arguing a lot” before he travelled to Atlanta to film a new project — and that Demi “didn’t know who Max truly was and didn’t think he had good intentions.

“There were many red flags she was ignoring and trying to turn a blind eye to,” one source said, while another adds “she doesn’t trust him and thinks he’s sketchy” and “feels (Max) proposed to get attention.”

Demi and Max got engaged in July this year.

They started dating in March.
