Ashton Kutcher says he is pissed at Laura Prepon for not sharing her engagement news to Ben Foster with him

ASHTON Kutcher says he was upset at his That 70s Show co-star Laura Prepon after he found out about her engagement to another friend, Ben Foster.

ASHTON Kutcher didn’t like being left in the dark about pal Laura Prepon‘s recent engagement to Ben Foster.

“I am so pissed at you — Pre, this kind of thing is unacceptable,” Kutcher ranted at his friend on Friday morning’s episode of Live, which he guest-co-hosted.

Prepon, 36, a guest on the morning show, shot back, “But if anyone understands the private things, you get it. You get it.”

Then slyly referencing her show Orange Is the New Black, she quipped, “I’ve been in prison, I have limited communication with people.”

Before Prepon hit the stage, Kutcher, 38, told host Kelly Ripa, 46, just how ticked off he was to have learned about the engagement on the news.

“And by the way, it’s just not a random engagement. It’s to another friend of mine. So I’m double upset that neither of them told me,” he continued telling Ripa.

Kutcher and wife, Mila Kunis, worked with Prepon on TV’s That ’70s Show back in the late ’90s and early ’00s.

Kutcher said that when Prepon, whom he’s nicknamed “Pre,” found out that he and Kunis were romantically involved years later, she too flipped out that the duo had kept things quiet.

“And when Mila and I got engaged, Pre was like, ‘What? This is crazy!’ . And now you’re engaged and I have to find out this way,” he said. “They were friends 20 years ago, they’re all my friends and everybody’s hooking up and it’s weird.”

Ben Foster is best friends with Danny Masterson, who also co-starred in That 70s Show.

Prepon, a practising Scientologist, was famously in a serious relationship with Christopher Masterson, who was raised in the controversial church. Foster is rumoured to be involved with Scientology.

Foster was most recently involved with actress Robin Wright; they ended their engagement in 2014 before getting back together and then finally splitting for good last year.

Earlier this week, news broke that The Girl on the Train actress Prepon and Foster had gotten engaged.
