Ashley Tisdale, from High School Musical, marries Christopher French

ASHLEY Tisdale — who we came to know during the High School Musical series — is all grown up, marrying musician Christopher French in a secret ceremony.

The actress posted a photo from her wedding day on Instagram with the caption “best day of my life! Introducing Mr. and Mrs. French Sept 8, 2014”.

Standing by her side on the big day was friend and High School Musical co-star Vanessa Hudgens.

“It’s so crazy, because I just think of us as having fun and being silly and the fact that she is getting married, my mind is kind of exploding,” Hudgens told People back in May at the time of the bachelorette party.

The 29-year-old met French, lead singer of Annie Automatic, in 2012.

The couple got engaged eight months later in August 2013, when French proposed on top of Manhattan’s Empire State Building.
