Ariana accuses ex of milking their split

THE singer has taken aim at her ex-fiance Pete Davidson in a series of tweets after the comedian mocked their engagement in a SNL skit.

ARIANA Grande has accused Pete Davidson of milking their split for publicity after the comedian mocked their speedy engagement in a promo skit for Saturday Night Live.

Just hours after the video aired Grande tweeted: “for somebody who claims to hate relevancy u sure love clinging to it huh.”

She also added: “thank u, next.”

And just in case you were thinking Grande’s tweets maybe weren’t about Davidson, she also liked and retweeted a fan who wrote: “SNL is about to milk their breakup just like they did with the engagement.”

However, the singer seems to have had second thoughts about her tweets and has since deleted them.

In a promo for this week’s SNL episode, Davidson jokingly proposed to singer Maggie Rogers.

“Hey Maggie, I’m Pete. You wanna get married?” He asked while guest host Jonah Hill cringed.

After Rogers said no, Davidson joked he was “0 for three” — a reference to his track record with relationships.

Grande and Davidson became engaged in June after just a few weeks of dating but split last month.

A source told Fox News there were “a lot of factors” that meant their split had been imminent.

“Their entire relationship happened incredibly fast and many people in Ariana’s own camp were caught off guard when they learned of her engagement to Pete,” they said.

Their breakup also came less than a month after the sudden death of Grande’s ex Mac Miller, who died of a suspected drug overdose.

Grande dated the rapper, who struggled with substance abuse, for almost two years before splitting in April.
