Al Pacino’s 29-year-old girlfriend files for full custody of their son
The legendary actor’s girlfriend has filed for full custody of the couple’s son, whom they welcomed just three months ago.
Noor Alfallah has filed for full physical custody of the three-month-old son she shares with actor Al Pacino.
Alfallah, 29, who began dating Pacino, 83, in 2020, filed a petition to determine parental relationship in Los Angeles on Wednesday, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
The filing is often used by unmarried couples with children to establish child custody, visitation and child support, suggesting the pair have called it quits.
Despite wanting physical custody, the producer is willing to give “reasonable visitation” rights to the legendary actor and requested to share legal custody, which would give him a say in major decisions such as schooling and medical treatment.
She is also requesting that the Scarface actor pay for her legal fees and any other court-related costs.
Noor also included a copy of a signed “voluntary declaration of parentage,” which proves that Pacino is Roman Alfallah Pacino’s biological father.
The pair welcomed their first child together — Pacino’s fourth — on June 6, per the court documents.
While sources told TMZ at the time that the twosome were ecstatic, the Godfather actor reportedly demanded a paternity test when he found out about her pregnancy.
Sources told the outlet that Pacino was “shocked” and didn’t think he could get anyone pregnant due to a medical issue that typically caused infertility.
In fact, the actor apparently didn’t even find out that Noor was pregnant until two months before she gave birth.
Yet once things settled, Pacino seemed thrilled to be expanding his family, calling the pregnancy “special” in a video obtained by the Daily Mail.
“It’s very special,” he told the outlet. “It always has been. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time.”
In the months following Roman’s arrival, Pacino and Alfallah have been spotted on numerous dinner dates and were last seen together at the beginning of August.
Page Six was the first to break the news of the unlikely couple’s romance in 2022 after learning that they secretly started dating two years prior during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“She has been with Al for some time, and they get on very well,” one insider explained.
“The age gap doesn’t seem to be a problem, even though he is older than her father.”
The source noted that Alfallah, who was previously linked to Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger and billionaire investor Nicolas Berggruen, “mostly dates very rich older men.”
Pacino, for his part, welcomed his first child Julie in 1989, whom he shared with acting coach Jan Tarrant.
He then welcomed twins, son Anton and daughter Olivia in January 2001, with actress Beverly D’Angelo.
The Oscar winner has never been married.
