Gwyneth Paltrow reveals unorthodox living arrangement with husband Brad Falchuk

Gwyneth Paltrow may have married her husband last year, but the actor has revealed the pair have an unusual living arrangement.

They might still be in the honeymoon phase of their relationship, but Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed she doesn’t live with her new husband Brad Falchuk full time.

The couple wed in a lavish ceremony at Gwyneth’s home in the Hamptons in September last year before embarking on a “family honeymoon” to the Maldives with their children and her ex-husband Chris Martin.

In an interview with The Sunday Times’ Style magazine, the Avengers actor, 46, revealed the newly married couple spend just four days together every week at her home in Hamptons.

For the other three days, Glee co-creator Brad lives at his own house nearby to take care of his children, Isabella and Brody, who he had with his first wife Suzanne Bukinik.

But while it might sound like a bizarre set-up (which reminds us of a certain disastrous storyline from the Sex and the City 2 movie), Gwyneth insists it’s made her the envy of her A-list friends.

“Oh, all my married friends say that the way we live sounds ideal, and we shouldn’t change a thing,” Gwyneth joked.

What’s more, she says her “intimacy teacher” Michaela Boehm approves of the unusual arrangement and says it gives their marriage “polarity”.

Along with being a stepmum to Brad’s children, Gwyneth has two children — Apple, 15, and Moses, 13 — with Coldplay frontman Martin; the pair divorcing in March 2014 after 10 years of marriage.

Gwyneth, who remains close friends with her ex-husband, wholeheartedly approves of his relationship with Fifty Shades of Grey star Dakota Johnson who he has been dating since 2017.

She has previously said: “I adore her. She’s a fantastic woman.”

The pair were pictured partying together in LA after the Avengers: Endgame premiere in April.

Gwyneth was spotted wrapping her arm around Dakota, 29, as they hit the town for their friend Derek Blasberg’s birthday.
