Glee star Naya Rivera arrested after allegedly hitting her actor husband Ryan Dorsey

GLEE star Naya Rivera has been arrested and charged with battery, with her husband Ryan Dorsey claiming she hit him in the face while they were out with their son.

NAYA Rivera, star of hit TV musical Glee was arrested overnight on domestic battery charges after a fight with her actor husband Ryan Dorsey.

Rivera, who played a cheerleader on the show, was busted after the incident with Dorsey in their West Virginia home, according to WSAZ-TV.

Footage posted online by local news reporter Jatara McGee showed Naya in handcuffs being arraigned at a local police station.

Police were called to their home at around 9.30PM local time where Dorsey, who appears in the Showtime series Ray Donovan claimed that Rivera hit him in the head and lip while they were taking their child for a walk, the network said.

He reportedly provided mobile phone footage of the incident to police.

The 30-year-old actress has since been released on a $1000 bond.

Rivera and Dorsey have a 2-year-old son, Josey together.

The couple filed for divorce last year after two years of marriage, but PEOPLE magazine reported that Rivera called off the separation earlier this month.

They got married in 2014 after Rivera’s engagement to rapper Big Sean fell apart.
