Emily Ratajkowski ‘was down to 45kg recently’ during ‘scary’ weight loss

The model, who is dating Kim Kardashian’s ex Pete Davidson, has revealed her frightening weight loss in a candid podcast interview.

Emily Ratajkowski experienced a “really scary” weight loss “recently,” getting down to 45kg.

“I think trauma lives in the body,” the model told podcast guest Mia Khalifa during Tuesday’s High Low episode. “That’s been my experience.”

“When I’m really unwell, I lose so much weight,” the actress, 31, continued. “I was down to 45kg recently and it was really, really scary.”

The Gone Girl star noted that she has since “gained weight,” explaining, “For me, it’s a huge game-changer and how I know I’m happy.”

Ratajkowski has had a difficult year, with Page Six breaking the news in July that she was divorcing husband Sebastian Bear-McClard after four years of marriage.

The My Body author filed to end their union in September, breaking her silence on the split that same month.

Ratajkowski, who shares son Bear, 1, with the 41-year-old actor, called herself a “recently single person who is thinking about dating and stuff” in a since-deleted TikTok video.

She told Harper’s Bazaar last month that she has “gone on a few dates”.

“It’s really fun to go to dinner with someone and be like, ‘Cool. I really enjoyed these parts of them. I really didn’t like these other parts’,” she explained in the October interview.

Ratajkowski has made headlines for possible connections to DJ Orazio Rispo and Brad Pitt, but most recently debuted her Pete Davidson romance.

The duo were photographed for the first time together on the Saturday Night Live alum’s 29th birthday earlier this month and went on to attend the same Friendsgiving.

On Sunday, Ratajkowski and Davidson, who recently dated Kim Kardashian, enjoyed a New York Knicks date night.

According to a recent E! News report, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model finds Davidson “charming.”

“It’s a chill relationship so far,” an insider told the outlet last week. “There’s no pressure to make it exclusive, but she really likes him.”
