Tech billionaire Elon Musk and partner Talulah Riley have dropped jaws everywhere with social media posts showing themselves strapped to the upper wings of distinctly un-modern-looking biplanes.

“Went for a nice wing walk. What could possibly go wrong?” the 44-year-old Space X CEO stated on Instagram, in a post that has since been liked nearly 5000 times.

“I heart wing walking! #bestdayever” 29-year-old Riley posted.

MailOnline reported that the couple were taking to the skies above Hampshire, England, with the Breitling Wingwalking team, who charge thrillseekers £400 ($620) for the unique if somewhat windy experience. The planes reach speeds of up to 210km/h.

Being strapped to a moving aeroplane might just be one of the motifs we’ll remember from 2015. Tom Cruise famously hung to the side of an Airbus A400M as it soared more than 1500 metres in the air for a stunt in the movie Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation.

Cruise admitted he was “scared sh**less” by the stunt.
