In the black and white snap, the 31-year-old poses on a deck in low-rise skinny jeans and a tight boob tube. Arching her back, Lattanzi’s tiny waist and bare stomach is on display while she stares into the camera with a cigarette dangling from her lips.

“98% angel,” she captioned the photo.

Chloe leaves some fans concerned after posting the revealing snap.

Some fans were quick to express concern over Lattanzi’s thin figure, with one commenting she looked “too skinny”. Another wrote: “This photo is unhealthy. Pls eat something.”

Other fans took issue with the cigarette she was smoking in the photo.

The photo comes just a few weeks after Lattanzi was forced to quit Instagram after users allegedly left “incredibly insensitive” comments on her account about her mother’s — Olivia Newton-John — cancer returning.
