Charlie Sheen has allegedly claimed that Brooke Mueller aborted one of their triplets
CHARLIE Sheen has reportedly told a US court that Brooke Mueller was pregnant with triplets but aborted one of the fetuses because she only wanted twins.
THINGS are getting very ugly in the custody battle between Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Brooke Mueller as they fight over their twin 4-year-old sons.
According to Radar Online, Sheen told the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services that Mueller was actually pregnant with triplets but aborted one of the fetuses because she only wanted twins.
"Brooke only wanted to have boys because Charlie didn't have any sons," a source told Radar Online.
"She was obsessed with the idea of giving him two boys and not three. There was absolutely no medical reason to not carry all three fetuses to term."
"Charlie insisted that DCFS document the incident as part of its case file because it goes to Brooke's credibility and motivation," said another source.
"In short, Charlie's position is that Brooke has always been a lying drug addict."
Mueller gave birth to twins Bob and Max in 2009 but has struggled with substance abuse in the past few years, doing stints in rehab in 2011 and 2012.
Earlier this year, Sheen's other ex-wife, Denise Richards, was granted temporary custody of the twin boys when Mueller entered rehab once again.
However, just one week ago Richards gave up custody of the twins because of their violent behaviour.
She told welfare services that her "daughters have been strangled, kicked in the head and stomach, scratched, bit, slapped, punched in the face and head, and spat on," by the twin boys.
The children are currently being looked after by Mueller's brother Scott, who has reportedly requested $55,000 a month in child support from Charlie Sheen.
