She’s 48! Jennifer Lopez stuns in sexy selfie as she poses in skin-tight workout gear
SHE’S nearly 50 but age isn’t stopping Jennifer Lopez from being in the best shape of her life - as her latest ab-tacular post on Instagram proves.
SHE’S nearly 50 but Jennifer Lopez has a body to rival a 20-something.
The On The Floor singer was hailed “body goals” by fans after flaunting her ripped sixpack in gym gear.
Sharing two sexy workout selfies on Instagram, Jen wrote: “Up and at ‘em rise and shine … about to get in this workout in my new leggings #gettingitin.”
In the photos, JLo, 48, can be seen sitting on a white fluffy stool while posing in front of a mirror in her dressing room, The Sun reports.
She wears a tight white halter neck top, grey Aztec-print leggings and gold hooped earrings.
“Goals to look that good when I’m her age,” commented one of her 73 million Instagram fans.
While another said: “Still looking young girl, love the way you’re taking care of yourself.”
Others called her a “flawless beauty” and “a goddess”.
Jennifer maintains her enviable glow with a few healthy habits: following a sugar and salt-free diet (she’s also a “big portion-control person,” she says), ditching cigarettes and booze, and getting eight hours of sleep a night.
She’s also an advocate of trainer Tracey Anderson’s method saying: “(I’m like) a fighter, going into the ring. I do my cardio and I do my workouts with the Tracy Anderson Method.
“Sometimes when I get home and I’m not feeling so great, I make myself go to the gym.
“Then I come home and take a shower, put on a great outfit, some makeup, tie my hair up, and I feel pepped up and great about myself.”
But, Jen admits she has days when she’s not feeling body positive.
“Just like anybody else, there are days I feel great when I wake up, and then there are days when I feel more tired or not ready to face the day,” she told Elle Canada, according to The Sun.
“To be quite honest, on those days, I really try to think positively. I try to do a lot of affirmations for good health and positive thinking to just get my mind and my spirit in the right place so I can face whatever it is that I need to face.”
