After revealing she’s dropped a staggering 45 kilograms, Jessica Simpson stepped out in a sexy LBD, happily posing for photographers.

Jessica Simpson stepped out in a figure-hugging black dress accentuating her curves a day after revealing her incredible post-baby weight loss.

On Tuesday, the singer-turned-fashion designer shared that she dropped a whopping 45kg nearly six months after she and husband Eric Johnson welcomed their third child, daughter Birdie Mae.

The star admitted she once tipped the scales at 110kg.

Photographers snapped the 39-year-old former reality star the following day as she headed out for dinner with girlfriends in New York City, according to her Instagram.

Simpson donned a low-cut, long sleeved LBD, which she paired with black tights and black heels, her signature blonde hair sleek and straight.

“NYC Ladies’ Night,” Simpson captioned her Instagram post below.

Earlier this week, she had detailed her weight loss journey, saying she was “proud to feel like herself again”.

Simpson added that while there were times she wanted to give up, she remained determined.

“Even when it felt impossible, I chose to work harder,” she said.

“6 months. 100 pounds (45kgs) down (Yes, I tipped the scales at 240 pounds)” the pop star, 39, captioned a pic of herself showing off her slim figure in a long black dress. “My first trip away from #BIRDIEMAE and emotional for many reasons, but so proud to feel like myself again.”

The Take My Breath Away singer attributed her success to her longtime trainer, Harley Pasternak, who also shared his congratulations for Simpson’s tremendous trim-down.

Simpson and Johnson, 40, also share seven-year-old daughter Maxwell Drew and six-year-old son Ace Knute. The couple got married in July 2014.
