Former Bachelor star Simone Ormesher has posed in her underwear in a candid post about motherhood just 3 days after giving birth.

The 27-year-old reality star, who appeared on Matty Johnson’s season in 2017 as well as Bachelor in Paradise, last week welcomed Gracie-Mae into the world with her partner, Matt Thorne.

Just days later, Ormesher posed in just a maternity bra and underwear in a candid Instagram post about new motherhood.

“It’s definitely not easy but absolutely love being a mum,” she wrote.

“There is no feeling or love like it. My life right now … Forgot to put breast pads in on the way home from the hospital so here’s me leaking milk.

“Cried over 20 times today already as I am feeling so overwhelmed with love for our baby girl and struggling with the recovery and my boobies hurt like a mother f**k**.

“I have never experienced pain like this in my life (Matt is on his way to buy some cabbage leaves as we speak).

“I will talk about my labour soon in a post but I just wanted to jump on here and let you know I will be tracking my recovery and my body journey.

“I will be taking it super easy and soaking in mum life for the next six weeks but focusing on clean eating and then will slowly get back into my fitness routine once my mind and body is healed.”

After announcing her exciting news last week, Ormesher opened up about the complications that occurred during the birth.

“After a few complications with baby’s breathing, she was admitted to NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) where she is being looked after but is doing so well and will hopefully be home with us in a couple of days,” she wrote.

“We could not have asked for a more stronger, amazing baby girl. We are so in love.”

Ormesher’s boyfriend also shared his excitement, posting a photo with the caption: “Welcome Gracie Mae. Words cannot describe the emotions and feelings I have for these two girls. After a big scare last night after birth where Gracie Mae is recovering well now to finally hold our baby girl is the most surreal and special feeling you will ever get. So proud of you both and love you with everything I have.”
